Jeff, what time are we all meeting this weekend for the canoe/kayaking trip to grey cloud island. We have extra kayaks for those who need one.

Hey, how was the river trip? ENJOY THE FALL COLORS!

Robert Ayre

Hey Dave, sorry for the delayed response. Took the river all the way down to the gulf. Ha! Never went we never heard back from Jeff in putting it together. Oh well hit the lakes around me in Stillwater. Perhaps we can set up another get together. Maybe bowling although I have a tendency to go down the lane with ball in hand. Enjoy the start of the beautiful fall colors.

Bob, last time I went bowling my shoes were slick and I buckled my knee, tried to stop, slipped, went over backwards. The big news is Sue bought an "expensive" fishing boat (14 footer, 1961 sea horse 5 mph, gas tank, old trolling motor, new battery, batter case, fish finder, fishing pole and holders, two anchors, a paddle, a trailer, and two oars) for 750 dollars. What a deal. Now I'm taking the grandkids fishing. What is new for you?

I met my wife Deb bowling way back..
Remember Captain Jack's in Woodbury?

Brent Reimnitz

I remember the great pizza at Captain Jacks.  Only bowled there once.

Brent, I remember Steve Hardy and Rick Johnson taking me a few times to Jacks (or I think I remember - I was along for the ride). Doug, I think Donna's secret was she had a gift for making people want to participate; with out fear of someone judging or misunderstanding. Do you think that might be it? We are now in an age where people complain of the music we listened to on the radio; yet, they listen to... or watch... slasher movies. So far, I have slipped in only a few instances; but the people understood my intended meaning.

Oops, also just thought about the picnic we had that Donna put together. That was fun. Bob won at the toss game (Did he cheat at the game? wink) Bob, who paid you to play the game and talk with me? Short straw?

Dave, I knew you were an easy mark. Ha!
What a great memory. It's all in fun and yes it was a nice picnic. Donna wanted to keep people together and I liked teasing her on the website. So Dave you never really needed a boat for fishing as you are always fishing in bringing people to God. I remember cap'n Jack's and bowling and pizza.

Wow, a sloth could move faster in sending birthday wishes to all the October classmates. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Bob, I'm just smiling at what you said, laying in my backyard.

I'm up for a birthday party! Give me time to make it there! When a Sloth Chases You - YouTube

Alright, I thought the picture of a sloth would be funny, especially with the smile. What happened? How come you are so "slow" to respond?

Thank you to all who have serving or are serving.  We appreciate you more than you will ever know.  God bless.

Avis, thanks for the thanks! Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving! Now the Walmart Christmas music makes sense, not like a month ago.

Where have all the clasmates gone, Facebook, penning and posting?  I was going to be creative and type witty words to Pete Seeger's Where have all the flowers gone. However, for two reasons it didn't work. One is, well, I'm not witty. Second is that I am distracted by my male standard poodle barking and growling (bossing me) at me to let him out so he and Gi Gi can chase squirrels.  If anyone sees this... HELLO!

David's Song

(Sung to the tune of "Where Have All The Flowers Gone")

Where have all the classmates gone?

Long time passing.

Where have all the Park Indians gone?

Long time ago.

Where have all the school chums gone?

They are much too busy every one.

Oh, when will you ever post?

Oh, when will you ever post?

Sorry David I swear I have been watching, but like Marc said way to busy with waiting till the last second  (months) to prep for the retirement. And work has been crazy putting in 10 hour days and 8 on Saturday. Working at buying some retirement property, hopefully the build can be done by August. And finding out i need a hip after i lose 20% of my wieght. So Merry Christmas to all and a great New Year to come.

David that boat thing sounds like retirement to me.

Tia the season to be jolly! Lol on the funny comment!!

David Frazer

Thanks everyone for the very funny comments! Mark, witty. I will say some prayers for you, Dan. For me? I will be glad for any prayers offered for me between now and tomorrow afternoon. Steve, Did Paul really write about puff the dragon, he says he did? John, I would like to hear you sing. Karen knows how well I sing; like a prisoner. Behind a few bars and can't find the key. And like Ted said, Everyone have a MERRY CHRISTMAS next week!
