Donna was a blessing to get to know these last few years through this site; we visited her at work, enjoyed the mini-reunion she put together, and enjoyed all her posts! Donna last year wrote that she had quit her job and waking up at 3:45 in the morning she asked "God to assure me with what I read that everything would be OK. I opened to where I left off, it was Psalms chapter 20. How much more can I be assured that my prayers are being answered. Just to show me how powerful God really is he showed me your post (1/09/18). Don't anyone tell me prayers are not heard and answered!!!!”
Who knew just over a year from then she would be in the Lord’s presence. This is what she read:
May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble; may the name of the God of Jacob defend you; may He send you help from the sanctuary, and strengthen you out of Zion; may He remember all your offerings, and accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah May He grant you according to your heart’s desire, and fulfill all your purpose. We will rejoice in your salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen; but we have risen and stand upright. Save, Lord! I meet Donna for the first time since high school June 2015 when she heard I was coming and wanted to meet some of the people I went to school with she therw a picnick and we all had a good time, I did not see many of these fokes in over 40yr and Donna stood out to me as one of the nicest person I meet in quite some time my prayers go out to her and her family
